AMETEK offers tuition reimbursement up to a specified value per semester for employees pursuing an advanced degree or certification that will enhance their performance their role at the organization. Employees' reimbursement is directly correlated to performance in the designated classes or certification programs.

This program offers recent finance and accounting graduates a three-year, immersive experience in which they develop leadership skills through rotational field assignments, classroom training, and networking events, Successful completion of the MP prepares them for future leadership roles within AMETEK's finance organization.

AMETEK annually recruits graduates from various disciplines including electrical, mechanical, material science, and aerospace engineering. Participants rotate to different AMETEK businesses each year to receive broad, varied experiences.
